Glenmark Pharmaceuticals' clinical-stage biotechnology subsidiary, Ichnos Glenmark Innovation (IGI), announced it will present updated Phase 1 clinical data of ISB 2001 (ABBV-2001), an investigational trispecific T-cell engager targeting CD38, BCMA, and CD3, for relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma at the 68th ASH Annual Meeting.
The updated data from the Phase 1 TRIgnite-1 study includes longer follow-up from the dose-escalation phase and early dose-expansion cohort results in heavily pretreated multiple myeloma patients.
ISB 2001 (ABBV-2001) is the first and only trispecific T-cell engager engineered to coordinate dual-antigen tumor recognition and T-cell engagement in a single molecule, developed using IGI’s BEAT® Multispecific Platform.
IGI, in collaboration with AbbVie under a global licensing agreement from July 2025, is advancing ISB 2001 through ongoing clinical studies including the TRIgnite-1 Phase 1 and a Phase 1/2 combination trial.
The oral presentation by Dr. Binod Dhakal is scheduled for December 12, 2026, at the ASH meeting in New Orleans, focusing on pharmacologic immunotherapies for multiple myeloma.
