- Own branch revenue targets across broking and distribution products
- Drive month-on-month growth in brokerage, turnover, and ancillary income
- Acquire new retail and HNI clients through referrals, networking, and market activity
- Promote equity, derivatives, currency, commodities, MTF, mutual funds, IPOs, and insurance
- Lead, mentor, and monitor RM/Sales teams with daily tracking and reviews
