He has contributed to key projects such as the operationalization of the Helicopter Division at Tumkur and overseeing production rollouts like the Light Utility Helicopters.
Shri Rangarao is not related to any other directors of HAL and is affirmed not to be debarred from holding office by any regulatory authority.
The appointment triggers the cessation of Shri Kota Ravi’s additional charge as Director (Operations) with immediate effect.
