What Investors Should Know About the IPO Pipeline

Past financial performance does not indicate future results. All figures are taken from the companies' filings and are subject to change until the final offer documents are issued.

The broader IPO pipeline contains companies at very different stages, so filing an IPO document does not mean that an IPO will open immediately. Price bands, issue sizes and subscription dates can change before the final RHP is filed.

Investors should therefore rely on the latest SEBI filings, company announcements and exchange disclosures when evaluating these upcoming IPOs. For companies such as Zepto, where the IPO timeline has been delayed, previously disclosed issue details should also be treated as subject to change.
